Holistic MOVEMENT COACH IN BERLIN

embodied strength. without pressure, ego, or performance.

Twenty-five years of listening to bodies. starting with my own.

THE LONG WAY HERE

From my own experience, I learned how important it is to stay true to yourself, to listen to the needs of your own body, and not constantly strive for peak performance.

As a holistic movement coach in Berlin and online, I work with people who know that the body asks for something different than what most training and most wellness offer. It asks for attention. For rhythm. For someone willing to listen first and prescribe second.

"I don't use a one-fits-all approach. I listen first, then adapt each session to the client's needs that day.

Twenty years of my own practice has taken me from intense workouts, long-distance running, indoor cycling and CrossFit to personal training, yoga, breathwork and bodywork.

Starting as separate disciplines first, but then all weaving into one practice with different doors. Each one teaches the same thing: the body always knows. Our job is to make space for that knowing by listening.

Now I work with people in Berlin and online who want a way of moving, breathing, and being with their body that actually fits their life. Not another thing to add to the list. Something that gives back more than it asks.

A CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT PRACTICE

A SOMATIC FITNESS APPROACH that blends Strength with awareness. Structure with softness. Accountability with empathy.

What I'd call somatic fitness, training that listens as much as it moves. These are principles that shape every session, whether we're training, practicing yoga, or working with breath.

01

That doesn't mean we don't sweat. It means I'm watching what your body is telling me, not pushing past what it's saying.

Strength with awareness.

02

A real practice has shape and rhythm. It also has room to flex with your week, your sleep, your life. Both, not one or the other.

Structure with softness.

03

I'll hold the line on showing up. I won't hold the line on pushing harder than your body wants. There's a difference, and it matters.

Accountability with empathy.

I don't train people to CONSTANTLY perform. I help them listen, to the body they already have, to the breath they're already breathing, to the life they're already living.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

A HOLISTIC MOVEMENT COACHing. GUIDED BY LISTENING. GROUNDED IN EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.

Trust matters, especially in a world where quick advice and misinformation are everywhere.

The way I work today has been shaped by more than 25 years of movement practice, ongoing education, and many different teachers, trainings, and experiences along the way.

I keep learning, refining, and updating my knowledge because I believe good coaching should evolve with experience and with a deeper understanding of the body, movement, and the nervous system.

This work was not built in a weekend. It has grown over many years.

These are some of the trainings, certifications, and teachers that have shaped the way I work today.

Who my approach works best for.

YOU MIGHT BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF...

Busy, responsible people balancing work, family, and a body that needs attention.

Those who've tried the apps, the memberships, the programmes — and keep starting over alone.

People ready to be honest with themselves. Not perfect. Not "there yet." Just open.

Those who want depth over intensity, quality over quantity, real over aspirational.

A space to arrive, soften, and reconnect with yourself, held, not pushed; guided, not overwhelmed.

The goal isn't optimisation, IT´S BODY AND MIND AWARENESS AND A FITNESS ROUTINE THAT ACTUALLY FITS IN THE LIFE YOU´RE LIVING

WHAT I BELIEVE

01

The body doesn't get stronger during the work. It gets stronger during the recovery. If you're never resting, you're never really training.

Rest is not the opposite ofprogress.

02

Joy is part of the practice.

The practices that last are the ones that feel good somewhere inside. Discipline alone is a short story — joy is what makes it sustainable.

03

Training 3 times a week is worth more than the 5-day, one-hour sessions you keep skipping. Meet your life where it is.

Doing less can be more efficient.

04

Your body is where you live. The goal isn't optimisation — it's residency. Feeling at home in the place you can't leave.

You're not a project.
